The ideal candidate will be an experienced designer with a strong background in 3D design and technical sales. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to work both independently and within a team.

Designer/Sales Rep is full-time, 1099 opportunity based on 100% commission. Our reps enjoy the flexibility of setting their own schedule and allowing time for personal development, interests, and quality time with your family - meanwhile, making a great income within a great profession.

In-Home Sales Rep Duties:

• Conduct in-home “Design Consultation” where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of owning a swimming pool along with explaining the process of building a pool to customers.

• After assessing customer needs and expectations, designs and recommends a backyard swimming pool utilizing professional pool design software. (Pool Studio).

• Oversight of Final design & layout approval signed by the client.

Sales Leads:

For our proven salesmen, we provide leads from a high-quality lead generation team.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of proven pool sales and installation experience, Determination to work hard, Great customer service skills, Integrity, and Reliable Transportation.

Compensation:

• Generally ranging between $100-200k per year.

• All draws and commissions are paid every Friday.
